You'll oversee the lifecycle of moving mechanical assemblies for large-scale orbital structures, from concept through manufacturing. Your work directly enables a thriving space economy and bridges commercial innovation with mission-critical performance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define requirements and interfaces for moving mechanical assemblies
• Develop designs using hand calculations and finite element models
• Create detailed drawings with GD&T and tolerance stack-ups
• Manage schedule, budget, and supplier relationships for hardware

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in space vehicle, launch vehicle, or missile programs
• Experience with motion/kinematic simulations
• Proficiency in FEA/FEM tools like Nastran, ANSYS, or FEMAP
• Strong understanding of GD&T per ASME Y14.5
