💼 About This Role

You'll contribute to safe and cost-effective exploration and drill projects at EVR's mine operations in Sparwood, BC. You'll ensure high standards in environmental and health & safety performance while coordinating field activities. This 6-8 month term offers outdoor adventure in the Elk Valley.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist with drill program planning and logistics
• Provide on-site supervision for drilling and sampling
• Manage contractors and liaise with internal teams
• Collect and store drilling and sampling data

📋 Requirements

• B.Sc. in Geology or related discipline
• P.Geo. or G.I.T. status with EGBC
• 3 years geoscience experience with drilling methods
• H2S Alive, BC Mine Supervisor, and First Aid certifications

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in coal or sedimentary basin geology
• Knowledge of acQuire or MineSight software
• Experience in open-pit mine operations
