Description

You will manage high-volume orders, account setup, and operations for channel partner accounts, acting as the primary operational contact and coordinating with Sales, Finance, Logistics, and Customer Support to process orders through activation.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary operational contact for assigned channel partners
• Review and validate purchase orders and documents (Purchase Orders, Letters of Authorizations, Pricing) for compliance
• Create and configure customer accounts, service lines, hardware assignments, and billing structures
• Apply pricing, discounts, and terms per customer contracts
• Track order timelines and flag risks
