- Deliver high-quality auto physical damage appraisals and audits
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Resolve disputes with repair shops and claimants using negotiation
- Maintain service levels aligned with contractual SLAs
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years in insurance carrier or body shop estimating roles
- Active adjuster license in home state or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of electronic estimating systems
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
