You'll be the first point of contact for members navigating insurance options and Vitable benefits. You'll assist with enrollments, plan education, and benefit questions, ensuring a seamless support experience. This hybrid role combines insurance enrollment expertise with day-to-day member support.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist members with insurance education, eligibility, and enrollment support
• Submit applications to carriers and own cases through approval
• Answer qualifying and benefit-specific questions
• Troubleshoot carrier-related or cross-functional issues

📋 Requirements

• Active health insurance license
• Experience with Healthcare.gov or state-based exchanges
• 1+ year of experience in customer service or insurance support
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience using Zendesk or similar CRM
• 5+ active state licenses
• Fluently bilingual
