💼 About This Role

You'll join a robotics company automating advanced biologics manufacturing, working hands-on in the lab to improve robotic systems. You'll support customer deployments by training users on automated processes. This role offers direct impact on making life-saving therapies more accessible through robotic biomanufacturing.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist in experiment design, execution, and statistical analysis.
• Act as onsite biology team rep during robotic system deployments.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve automated processes.
• Maintain cell cultures, equipment, inventory, and documentation.

📋 Requirements

• Degree in cell/molecular biology, biochemistry, or related field with 2+ years (MS) or 4+ years (BS) experience.
• Proficiency in aseptic technique and common lab methods (cell culture, media prep).
• Experience in human blood processing and T cell isolation from PBMCs or apheresis.
• Proficiency with GraphPad Prism for advanced statistical analysis and figure generation.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in GxP laboratory environment following SOPs.
• Familiarity with FDA and EMA regulations for biologics manufacturing.
• Proficiency with automation equipment (liquid handlers, CliniMACS, Rotea).
