Description

You will handle service tickets, perform preventative maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances, prepare vacant apartments for move-in, and maintain the property's appearance and safety. You'll also provide excellent customer service and be on call for emergencies.

Requirements

• Experience in building maintenance or trade education
• Beginner to intermediate proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
• Availability for on-call rotation and emergencies
• Ability to lift 25-50 pounds frequently
• Personal reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Resolve maintenance issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair
• Prepare vacant apartments through turn-over repairs and improvements
• Perform general upkeep, cleanliness, snow removal, and grounds maintenance
• Provide outstanding customer service to residents
• Work weekends or evenings and be on call for after-hour emergencies
