• Support data gathering and research for transition engagements
• Document finance processes, workflows, and operational procedures
• Develop transition deliverables like process documentation and close calendars
• Track progress against milestones and escalate risks

📋 Requirements

• 2-4 years of client service, consulting, or finance experience
• Foundational understanding of finance operations and processes
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
