📋 Requirements

• 2 years of call center operator experience
• High school diploma or associate degree
• On-site work in Bethesda, MD
• Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance

• Experience in medical industry call centers
• Knowledge of SPOK and Avaya platforms
• Computer-telephony integration experience
