💼 About This Role

You'll join a remote-first B2B tech company as part of a sales acceleration program. You'll prospect and generate opportunities through outbound calls, email, and LinkedIn outreach. After a two-month training curriculum, you'll take on a dedicated role driving revenue growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Make outbound sales calls and execute email and LinkedIn campaigns.
  • Use prospecting tools to identify and qualify potential customers.
  • Set qualified meetings with B2B decision-makers.
  • Maintain Salesforce pipeline accuracy and meet performance goals.

📋 Requirements

  • 0–3 years of professional experience including internships or customer-facing work.
  • Clear, confident communicator for phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and personalized messaging.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and LinkedIn.

✨ Nice to Have

  • CRM or sales tool experience is a plus.
  • Recent or upcoming graduate preferred.

📨 Hiring Process

🚩 Heads Up

  • 5 days per week in Nashville office for first two months despite being marketed as remote-first.
  • OTE range ($70k-$90k) includes commission but salary base is lower ($50k-$60k).
