Description

You will lead end-to-end design and delivery of personalization and experimentation programs for enterprise customers, owning audience strategy, decisioning models, and measurement frameworks. You'll architect and implement solutions using Contentful Personalization, integrate with CDPs, CRMs, and analytics platforms, and enable customer teams through workshops and code reviews.

Requirements

• Deep domain expertise in personalization and experimentation
• Hands-on experience building and scaling personalization programs in production
• Strong technical skills in modern composable architectures and Contentful Personalization
• Experience with CDPs, CRMs, analytics, and privacy tooling
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs and lead customer engagements

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design of personalization and experimentation programs
• Architect personalization solutions using Contentful Personalization, including user identification, audience evaluation, and experimentation
• Integrate with enterprise platforms such as CDPs, CRMs, and analytics tools
• Lead technical discovery and enable customer teams through workshops and pair-programming
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to provide feedback and reduce implementation risk
