Requirements
- 5+ years managing a sales team
- BA/BS technical degree or equivalent
- Proven ability to lead sales teams that consistently exceed targets
- Strong understanding of complex enterprise sales cycles
- Excellent communication and executive presence
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team
- Own and drive revenue growth within the assigned region
- Define and execute area sales strategy with RVPs and executive leadership
