💼 About This Role

You'll lead RMF compliance and cybersecurity resilience for a DoD mission-critical platform protecting critical infrastructure. You will drive the technical execution of ATOs and continuous monitoring across hybrid cloud/on-prem environments. This role offers high autonomy and impact on expanding Air Force and Space Force installations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute and automate technical activities for multiple ATOs
• Define and scale monitoring by refining SIEM dashboards
• Manage and remediate vulnerabilities via POA&Ms and automated patches
• Collaborate with Engineering to integrate security controls into development lifecycle

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in DoD Cybersecurity/Information Assurance roles
• Expert-level understanding of eMASS, NIST 800-53, and DISA STIGs
• Hands-on experience with vulnerability scanning tools (e.g., ACAS/Nessus) and SIEM
• Active U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain Secret Clearance

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience as Senior IA or ISSO at non-traditional defense contractor or startup
• Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash, or PowerShell) or automation tools
• Experience with cloud-native security services (AWS Security Hub, GuardDuty, Azure Monitor) in GovCloud/IL-4/5
