• Drive retail business expansion across assigned territories
• Lead and manage area managers and field sales teams
• Develop strong relationships with key merchants
• Ensure compliance with company policies and audit requirements

📋 Requirements

• 8–15 years of experience in sales/business development
• Proven experience handling large field sales teams
• Strong sales and business development expertise
• Post-Graduate degree in Business, Marketing or related field
