💼 About This Role

You'll partner with enterprise customers to provide world-class onboarding and enablement experiences on the Immersive One cyber resilience platform. Your work will directly help organizations tackle evolving cyber threats with confidence.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Ensure effective onboarding and set customers up for success
• Create and execute a communications plan throughout the customer journey
• Partner with senior stakeholders to align strategy and build programs
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities in partnership with sales

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience in senior Customer Success within a SaaS environment
• Experience in cybersecurity or cyber risk management strongly preferred
• Exceptional planning and presentation skills
• Project management track record managing multiple projects

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with enterprise customers like HSBC, NHS, Goldman Sachs
• Certification in Customer Success (e.g., CCXP)
