Description
You will own the first 60 days of the customer journey, driving time-to-value through seamless implementation and product launch. You'll coordinate integrations, lead customer trainings, and set the foundation for long-term retention in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
Requirements
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- 3-5 years experience in Customer Onboarding, Implementation, or Project Management
- Strong client-facing communication skills and executive presence
- Experience leading virtual trainings or customer workshops
- Analytical mindset with comfort reviewing usage data
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary point of contact during first 30-60 days of client lifecycle
- Lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation for new accounts
- Coordinate product setup, integrations, and account configurations
- Conduct tailored onboarding sessions and full-team trainings
- Proactively manage and resolve onboarding-related escalations
