• Own full-cycle recruitment for technical and operational roles
• Act as business partner to leaders, providing market insights

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 1+ year of recruiting experience or equivalent
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities with autonomy
• High bar for personal accountability and attention to detail

• Experience recruiting technical talent (mechanical, electrical, chemical, software engineers)
• Full lifecycle recruiting experience from sourcing to closing
