- Own full-cycle recruitment for technical and operational roles
- Act as business partner to leaders, providing market insights
- Conduct initial interviews assessing ability and cultural alignment
- Design and execute creative sourcing strategies
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics to refine processes
π Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 1+ year of recruiting experience or equivalent
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities with autonomy
- High bar for personal accountability and attention to detail

- Experience recruiting technical talent (mechanical, electrical, chemical, software engineers)
- Full lifecycle recruiting experience from sourcing to closing
- Success hiring for specialized or niche roles
