You'll deliver advanced technical support to enterprise customers, resolving complex issues in WordPress ecosystems involving performance, debugging, and scalability. You'll serve as a key escalation point while collaborating with engineering and customer success teams to ensure operational excellence.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Debug complex WordPress application issues using logs and diagnostics.
  • Provide technical guidance on WordPress best practices and performance.
  • Collaborate with engineering and CS teams for issue resolution.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge base and troubleshooting documentation.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • WordPress expertise including themes, plugins, hooks, and WP-CLI.
  • PHP/JavaScript proficiency for debugging and troubleshooting.
  • Customer-facing support experience in enterprise environments.
  • Understanding of REST APIs, HTTP, DNS, and Git.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with WooCommerce or Gutenberg.
  • Familiarity with reverse proxies or enterprise WordPress hosting.
  • Knowledge of New Relic or Kibana debugging tools.
