You'll deliver advanced technical support to enterprise customers, resolving complex issues in WordPress ecosystems involving performance, debugging, and scalability. You'll serve as a key escalation point while collaborating with engineering and customer success teams to ensure operational excellence.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Debug complex WordPress application issues using logs and diagnostics.
- Provide technical guidance on WordPress best practices and performance.
- Collaborate with engineering and CS teams for issue resolution.
- Contribute to internal knowledge base and troubleshooting documentation.
๐ Requirements
- WordPress expertise including themes, plugins, hooks, and WP-CLI.
- PHP/JavaScript proficiency for debugging and troubleshooting.
- Customer-facing support experience in enterprise environments.
- Understanding of REST APIs, HTTP, DNS, and Git.
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with WooCommerce or Gutenberg.
- Familiarity with reverse proxies or enterprise WordPress hosting.
- Knowledge of New Relic or Kibana debugging tools.
