🎯 What You'll Do

• Design mobile-first experiences for Medicare Advantage shoppers
• Create low and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma
• Collaborate with engineers, researchers, and content designers
• Make evidence-based design decisions using research and data

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product or UX design
• Advanced Figma skills including component libraries and prototyping
• Experience working in agile teams with developers and researchers
• Ability to use research and analytics to inform design decisions
