You'll join Geotab as an Accounts Receivable Specialist owning the full AR cycle for assigned accounts. You'll ensure accurate invoicing, collections, and reconciliations to maintain healthy cash flow. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Ensure timely and accurate invoicing for assigned accounts
• Manage collections of monies due to Geotab
• Review and process credit memos and write-offs
• Serve as customer liaison for billing and inquiries

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in accounts receivable or similar role
• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel

• Knowledge of Dynamics AX ERP
• RMA experience
