You'll design and prototype AI-powered chatbots and enhance legal dashboards for a clinical-stage vaccine company. Your work will drive efficiency in compliance workflows and enable strategic legal support across the organization. This project-based role offers hands-on experience with cutting-edge AI tools like Box AI and Spellbook.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and prototype an AI-powered chatbot for Legal and Compliance functions.
• Enhance the existing Legal Dashboard using Box AI and related integrations.
• Research, evaluate, and recommend emerging AI tools and products.
• Assist with tool rollout, user onboarding, and training materials.

📋 Requirements

• Enrolled in an MS or PhD program in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, AI, or related field.
• Strong understanding of generative AI concepts including open-source small LLMs, MCPRAG, and API integrations.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical teams.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Box AI, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, or similar platforms.
• Exposure to automation tools like Power Automate, Zapier, or custom bots.
• Demonstrated project management or client-facing experience.
