💼 About This Role

You'll own the end-to-end product strategy and ecosystem vision for HighLevel's App Marketplace, driving GMV and developer experience. You'll transform the marketplace into a thriving economy connecting 2 million+ businesses with third-party apps. You'll partner with engineering, design, and partnerships to deliver scalable platform features.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define marketplace vision and long-term strategy for ecosystem growth.
• Drive GMV through monetization models, billing, and payout mechanisms.
• Improve developer experience via Dev Portal, SDKs, and API docs.
• Optimize app discovery and one-click installation flows for users.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience.
• 2-3 years building or scaling App Marketplaces in SaaS.
• Proven track record of growing GMV through 3rd-party monetization.
• Deep understanding of APIs, webhooks, and OAuth.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in B2B SaaS platform with multi-tenant architecture.
• Technical background (CS degree or former developer).
• Experience with global/multi-region marketplace rollouts.
