💼 About This Role

You'll lead and scale the People Ops function for the Americas, building systems and processes for a seamless employee experience from onboarding to offboarding. Your core impact is ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence across HRIS, payroll, benefits, immigration, and EOR workflows. This hybrid role is based in San Francisco and partners closely with Payroll, IT, Compliance, and Finance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead employee lifecycle operations including onboarding, HRIS, and offboarding.
• Drive operational excellence by codifying SOPs and managing the helpdesk queue.
• Partner cross-functionally with Payroll, IT, Compliance, and Finance on transactions.
• Oversee immigration, global mobility, and EOR transitions for compliance.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of People Operations experience in a high-growth tech environment.
• 2+ years leading or mentoring a team.
• Hands-on ownership of employee lifecycle with strong US compliance knowledge.
• Proficiency with HRIS and ticketing (BambooHR helpdesk experience a plus).
