💼 About This Role

You'll join Tower Research Capital's finance team, performing month-end close and P&L analysis for global trading entities. You'll collaborate with operations and technology teams to drive process improvements. This role offers exposure to hedge fund accounting in a quantitative trading environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform month-end accounting close and adjusting entries
• Monitor and analyze daily P&L across global trading entities
• Collaborate with Operations to resolve cash and NAV breaks
• Improve internal finance processes and propose enhancements

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
• At least 3 years of accounting experience (public/hedge fund/financial services preferred)
• CPA or equivalent certification
• Strong understanding of US GAAP

• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud and Tableau software
• Experience with exchange traded products and global market structure
