You'll translate complex financial concepts into compelling visual materials for AQR's Marketing team. Your core impact will be designing PowerPoint presentations, marketing collateral, and digital assets that maintain brand consistency across all channels.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and produce advanced PowerPoint presentations with animation
• Develop marketing materials like one-pagers, brochures, and white papers
• Create website and digital assets including email and social graphics
• Edit short-form videos for social and web

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional design experience
• Advanced expertise in PowerPoint including layout and animation
• Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Proficient in Word layout and templating

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in motion graphics (After Effects) or data visualization tools
• Familiarity with Canva or similar platforms
• Financial services or asset management background
