- Identify customer needs and develop targeted sales strategies through phone, email, and direct outreach
- Build and maintain a strong daily pipeline through proactive lead generation and prospecting
- Identify and execute cross-selling and upselling opportunities leveraging product knowledge
- Manage complex sales transactions with accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment
๐ Requirements
- Experience in healthcare or pharmacy sales
- Proven success in outbound sales including cold calling and closing deals in B2B
- Strong relationship-building skills to quickly engage and influence customers
- Proficiency with CRM systems and pipeline management
