💼 About This Role

You'll own consolidated financial reporting and systems for hardware organizations (Io and Robotics), ensuring executive-level P&L insights and scalable financial infrastructure. This role drives forecasting, variance analysis, and data governance to support capital-intensive growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end consolidated P&L reporting for hardware organizations
• Establish and run monthly close, forecasting, and variance analysis cadence
• Design, implement, and manage hardware financial systems and tools
• Provide executive-ready financial insights and trend analysis

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive finance experience with hardware exposure
• Expert financial modeling skills and attention to detail
• Proven ability to distill complex financial information into actionable insights
• Experience with manufacturing or complex supply chain businesses
