💼 About This Role

You'll join the structures team to optimize manufacturing processes for prototype aircraft components. You'll gain hands-on experience generating work instructions, supporting production line bring-up, and developing Manufacturing Enterprise Systems. This role offers direct collaboration with aerodynamics, propulsion, and flight test teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Generate work instructions, quality control checks, and manufacturing BOMs
• Perform hands-on manufacturing, assembly, and integration of prototype aircraft
• Create 3D models and 2D fabrication drawings using CAD software
• Support design and fabrication of tooling, fixtures, jigs, and shop aids

📋 Requirements

• Pursuing a B.Sc. in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• Some experience or coursework related to mechanical design or aerospace
• Basic understanding of CAD software (e.g., NX, SolidWorks)
• Familiarity with materials and manufacturing methods

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience working in an MES system
• Interest in learning about aviation regulations (e.g., SC-VTOL, CS-23)
