💼 About This Role

You'll join IEM to develop and maintain supplier relationships and implement a Vendor Management program. You'll ensure supplier quality through audits and process improvements, with significant cross-departmental collaboration. This role requires 100% in-office presence in Jacksonville, FL and does not offer remote work.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Ensure suppliers maintain regulations and quality requirements
• Update supplier database with performance records
• Create and enforce quality control guidelines and protocols
• Conduct supplier audits and visit vendor facilities

📋 Requirements

• Diploma in relevant field with work experience
• Experience with Infor Syteline ERP systems
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Understanding of UL, CSA and other regulatory requirements

• Knowledge of PFMEA, Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen
• IPC Standards familiarity
• Experience in a manufacturing environment
