💼 About This Role

You'll lead the team building enterprise infrastructure foundations at Replit, including single-tenant deployments, private networking, and data controls. Your work will unlock adoption at the world's most demanding organizations by enabling deployment flexibility and security. You'll also partner closely with Sales and Security to translate field feedback into the roadmap.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own enterprise infrastructure foundations roadmap
• Design and ship advanced data protection features like BYOK encryption
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success to understand requirements
• Hire, coach, and retain infrastructure engineers
• Define SLAs/SLOs for enterprise infrastructure reliability

📋 Requirements

• 6–10+ years in engineering with 3+ years managing teams building cloud infrastructure
• Depth in cloud infrastructure and networking: VPCs, private connectivity, multi-tenant isolation
• Strong technical leadership in Kubernetes, cloud platforms (GCP/AWS), and Infrastructure as Code
• Experience with enterprise security and compliance: encryption, key management, data residency

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience building enterprise deployment options (dedicated tenants, private cloud) for a SaaS platform
• Familiarity with enterprise compliance frameworks (SOC 2, FedRAMP, HIPAA)
• Experience with developer platforms or cloud IDEs
