You'll join ASM's software team to investigate and resolve software issues in semiconductor processing equipment. Your work will directly impact customer operations by troubleshooting embedded control systems and coordinating with field support. This role offers exposure to cutting-edge semiconductor technology and global travel.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Investigate and reproduce software issues from customers
• Triage mechanical, electrical, and software bugs
• Manage escalation calls with field support engineers
• Create bug reports for developers and work with QA

📋 Requirements

• BS+ 4 years experience or MS+ in Computer Science or related field
• Ability to read code and diagnose issues
• Software development or test (QA) experience
• Ability to travel 10-25% domestic and international

✨ Nice to Have

• Expertise in C/C++, C#, Python, Gitlab/Github
• Experience with semiconductor equipment
• Experience with machine control or real-time software
