💼 About This Role

You'll be a key technical leader for RF product development and validation at SimpliSafe, a high-tech home security company. You'll help design and build best-in-class wireless connectivity and lead ODM design partners through test and qualification.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Establish and maintain performance metrics for all wireless protocols
• Build RF testing capabilities including test plans and equipment
• Lead and audit ODM design partners through test and qualification
• Characterize wireless chipsets and antenna systems
• Act as RF consultant to Electrical and Mechanical teams

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years progressive experience in RF design, development, and validation
• Deep expertise in validating radio and front-end performance 400MHz-70GHz
• Advanced skills in debugging desense, interference, and coexistence
• Expert-level operation of VNA, Spectrum Analyzers, Signal Generators

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with RF simulation tools like CST or HFSS
• Familiarity with MAC Layer protocols (WiFi, BLE, Zigbee, Z-wave)
• Python or MATLAB skills for data analysis and automation
