Description

You will design and develop engaging learning experiences, including e-learning modules and instructor-led materials, partnering with subject matter experts to translate complex technical content. You'll manage multiple projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and continuously improve learning solutions based on data and feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field
• 2+ years experience in instructional design or curriculum development
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (Articulate 360, DeepHow, Synthesia)
• Knowledge of instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM, Bloom's Taxonomy)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct learning needs analysis with SMEs and stakeholders
• Design instructional strategies using ADDIE, SAM, and Bloom's Taxonomy
• Develop engaging learning content with Articulate 360, Synthesia, DeepHow
• Facilitate train-the-trainer sessions
• Manage LMS to deploy, track, and report on training programs
