๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Intake, triage, and resolve L1 escalations within SLAs
- Manage onboarding/offboarding accounts and MDM enrollment
- Respond to security incidents using playbooks
- Drive automation via scripts, APIs, and integrations
๐ Requirements
- 5 years in IT support with at least 3-5 years at L2/Sysadmin
- Strong troubleshooting skills and end-to-end ticket ownership
- Hands-on macOS administration and Google Workspace admin skills
- Experience with identity access management (RBAC, audits, SSO/SAML/SCIM)
โจ Nice to Have
- Admin ownership in multiple corporate SaaS tools
- Automation experience with scripts/APIs/Zapier/n8n
- Knowledge of 1Password or Jira Service Management
