๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Intake, triage, and resolve L1 escalations within SLAs
  • Manage onboarding/offboarding accounts and MDM enrollment
  • Respond to security incidents using playbooks
  • Drive automation via scripts, APIs, and integrations

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5 years in IT support with at least 3-5 years at L2/Sysadmin
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and end-to-end ticket ownership
  • Hands-on macOS administration and Google Workspace admin skills
  • Experience with identity access management (RBAC, audits, SSO/SAML/SCIM)

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Admin ownership in multiple corporate SaaS tools
  • Automation experience with scripts/APIs/Zapier/n8n
  • Knowledge of 1Password or Jira Service Management
