🎯 What You'll Do

• Advocate for timely and optimal claim resolutions for clients
• Manage and develop Claim Advocates through performance reviews and goal setting
• Communicate claim information to internal and external stakeholders
• Lead claim projects and drive continuous improvement initiatives

📋 Requirements

• 5-10 years of personal lines claim experience
• 3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Proficiency in Applied Epic and carrier websites

• Experience with MS Office products (PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Strong mathematical and reasoning skills
