You'll oversee the end-to-end order fulfillment process in a manufacturing environment, coordinating with production, logistics, and customer service teams. Your core impact is ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer orders from receipt through invoicing. This role is key to supporting the AI infrastructure supply chain at a fast-growing startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage the entire order lifecycle in the ERP system
• Coordinate with production planning to schedule orders
• Liaise with logistics and shipping for timely delivery
• Serve as primary customer contact for order status

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3–5 years of experience in order management or supply chain in manufacturing
• Familiarity with ERP systems like NetSuite, HubSpot, or Monday.com
