Description

You will support the Store Manager in daily operations and client experience at our seasonal store in Sag Harbor. You'll drive sales, develop client relationships, and lead a team to ensure success.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in retail
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Self-motivated with exceptional communication skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment with attention to detail
• Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients and ensure high level of service
• Set and achieve sales targets; implement strategies to drive sales
• Implement CRM initiatives to retain and develop high-potential clients
• Assist with store operations, visual merchandising, and inventory control
• Supervise, train, and motivate retail staff
