📋 Requirements

  • Customer service experience
  • High school diploma complete
  • Google tools proficiency
  • Clear written and oral communication

  • Experience with chat or WhatsApp support channels
  • Knowledge of service tools (Service Cloud, Freshdesk, Zendesk, Intercom)
