Description

You will lead the Communications Integrations team to build powerful, delightful experiences for users on Asana's top integrations with Google, Microsoft, and Slack. This role involves partnering closely with these platforms to develop a shared roadmap, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to identify customer problems and ship solutions, and driving user adoption, retention, and growth.

Requirements

• 5-8+ years product management experience, majority in building B2B SaaS features for Enterprise customers
• Systems thinker: conceptualize connections between user actions and notifications across channels
• Genuine AI enthusiasm and curiosity about LLMs transforming software
• Strategic: create bold, intuitive user experiences
• Customer-centric: analyze customer personas and synthesize research

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to build experiences for Asana's top integrations on Google, Microsoft, and Slack to drive user adoption, retention, and growth
• Partner closely with Google, Microsoft, and Slack to develop a shared roadmap that maximizes reach of Asana workflows and Asana AI
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify customer problems, establish vision, set strategy, and ship solutions
• Partner with engineering, design, and other functions to execute roadmaps with high velocity
• Bring a data-driven mindset to setting goals and milestones
