• Design and implement ServiceNow workflows, integrations, and portals

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Deep technical understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and development
• Strong experience in information systems architecture, networking, and automation
• Knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, VR, SIR, and IRM modules

• Experience with CSDM best practices
• Expertise in software lifecycle management and risk management
