🎯 What You'll Do

• Hire and train team members through Talent Acquisition and HR Operations.
• Prepare and respond to community aspects including market, policies, and emergencies.
• Conduct quarterly apartment inspections to assess damage and identify improvements.
• Prepare annual and capital budgets, manage expenditures, and forecast financial performance.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years' experience managing living communities and a team of 3+
• Proficient in Property Management Systems (Entrata preferred)
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong conflict management and customer-centric mindset

• Experience with Entrata property management software
• Knowledge of budgeting tools like Vena
