🎯 What You'll Do

• Apply Prosci expertise to build change strategies for high-stakes initiatives
• Serve as trusted advisor to VPs and C-suite for visible sponsorship
• Create centralized change templates, frameworks, and best practices
• Coach project managers on human readiness and adoption metrics

📋 Requirements

• 8-10+ years of corporate experience with 5+ in large-scale transformations
• Prosci certification (required)
• Strategic mindset to connect business process shifts to company-wide ripples
• Data fluency to design surveys and interpret feedback for real-time pivots

• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Confluence, and Slack
• Project Management fluency to integrate change activities
