You'll own mechanical performance from concept through validation, working with scientists and external partners. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead design and development of dispersion systems from concept to validation.
• Optimize particle and fluid handling systems for controlled release and flow.
• Rapidly prototype and iterate designs using 3D printing and machining.
• Design and execute bench-scale tests to evaluate system performance.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's in mechanical/aerospace engineering with 8+ years industry experience.
• Strong foundation in fluid dynamics and particle behavior.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD tools (SolidWorks, Fusion, OnShape).
• Must be available for onsite employment in North Denver/Boulder Metro.

✨ Nice to Have

• Master's or PhD with corresponding reduced experience.
• Experience with spray or particulate dispersion systems.
• Hands-on build methods experience.
