You'll build and operationalize DebtBook's sales enablement function, owning the end-to-end lifecycle from asset management to field coaching. Your impact will drive consistent deal qualification, pipeline progression, and reduced ramp time for the sales team. This role offers a chance to shape strategy at a fast-growing fintech company.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Audit and rationalize the full library of sales enablement materials
  • Develop platform-level messaging with Product Marketing
  • Implement structured sales methodologies like MEDDIC/MEDDPICC
  • Partner with sales on strategic deals and identify gaps via Gong

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 4โ€“7+ years in Sales Enablement or related GTM role
  • Experience implementing sales methodologies like SPIN or MEDDIC
  • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or Salesloft
  • Demonstrated ability to drive adoption and behavior change

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience in fintech or govtech
  • Experience with partner and reseller channels
  • Familiarity with finance or capital markets concepts
