You'll build and operationalize DebtBook's sales enablement function, owning the end-to-end lifecycle from asset management to field coaching. Your impact will drive consistent deal qualification, pipeline progression, and reduced ramp time for the sales team. This role offers a chance to shape strategy at a fast-growing fintech company.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Audit and rationalize the full library of sales enablement materials
- Develop platform-level messaging with Product Marketing
- Implement structured sales methodologies like MEDDIC/MEDDPICC
- Partner with sales on strategic deals and identify gaps via Gong
๐ Requirements
- 4โ7+ years in Sales Enablement or related GTM role
- Experience implementing sales methodologies like SPIN or MEDDIC
- Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or Salesloft
- Demonstrated ability to drive adoption and behavior change
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience in fintech or govtech
- Experience with partner and reseller channels
- Familiarity with finance or capital markets concepts
