You'll own and drive the integration of acquired fund administration businesses into bunch's operating model, working at the intersection of technology, strategy, and operations. You'll play a pivotal role in aligning people, processes, and systems to ensure a smooth transition to our proprietary software platform while enhancing revenue growth and client satisfaction.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop post-merger integration plans and migrate core operational processes
• Conduct integration feasibility assessments during acquisitions
• Map current processes and define standardized workflows
• Align integration milestones with product and engineering teams

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in financial services or management consulting
• High aptitude for AI tools and workflow automation
• Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects
• Experience in technology-driven operations and business process automation
