You'll manage day-to-day finance operations in a fast-growing mobile app marketing environment, acting as the bridge between internal teams and an external accounting firm. You'll keep financial operations structured and accurate across invoicing, payments, and bookkeeping. This role reduces administrative burden on founders while maintaining strong financial control.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Reconcile bank transactions and match expenses with receipts
• Prepare accounting documentation for external accounting firm
• Generate client invoices and track incoming payments
• Coordinate supplier invoices and prepare payment runs
• Maintain cash flow tracking and monthly financial summaries

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years experience in bookkeeping or finance operations
• Proven experience with external accountants
• Familiarity with DATEV, Zoho, or similar tools
• English at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level
