Description

You will lead member care alongside a team of counselors, therapists, peer support specialists, and case managers, providing evidence-based treatment for individuals with substance use disorders and mental health disorders through 100% virtual telehealth. This role offers extensive training and the opportunity to reshape behavioral health care.

Requirements

• Active and verifiable PMHNP license in New Mexico
• At least 2 years of experience in addiction or mental health treatment
• Experience prescribing Suboxone and active DEA registration
• Willingness to obtain multi-state licensure
• Comfort using technology including EHRs and mobile apps

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and follow-up telehealth evaluations
• Deliver care for substance use and mental health conditions
• Prescribe medications as appropriate and answer member questions
• Complete documentation in EHR (Healthie)
• Collaborate with care team and attend occasional scheduled team meetings
