💼 About This Role

You'll build and lead the Implementation function at a fast-scaling fintech startup, designing standardized workflows and playbooks for complex client implementations. You'll drive operational excellence by defining KPIs, SLAs, and risk monitoring systems while staying hands-on to stabilize engagements and troubleshoot alongside your team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design standardized implementation workflows and playbooks
• Build dashboards and risk scoring for implementation portfolio
• Lead and develop the Implementation team
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering on product enhancements

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years leading Professional Services in complex domains
• Managed a portfolio of 20-30 implementations
• Hands-on in software configuration and troubleshooting

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience at consulting or systems integration firms (Accenture, Deloitte)
• Startup experience building functions from scratch
