💼 About This Role

You'll lead the global rollout of Apex's manufacturing capability, standing up new factories domestically and internationally. Your core impact is ensuring speed, consistency, and operational excellence by replicating existing production environments. This high-impact role drives end-to-end deployment from planning through launch, then standardizes processes for scalable expansion.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as product owner for factory deployments, managing timelines, budgets, and cross-functional execution
• Lead end-to-end deployment of new factory sites globally, including international locations
• Translate existing factory infrastructure into a repeatable deployment model
• Capture and document the end-to-end factory setup process after each deployment

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing, production systems, or industrial engineering
• Proven experience scaling or standing up complex manufacturing operations in aerospace, defense, or high-reliability hardware
• Experience building or standardizing manufacturing systems across multiple lines, sites, or programs
• U.S. Person status is required to access export-controlled data
