You'll join Bluelight's rapidly growing team as an Outbound SDR, generating leads and prospecting for a leading software consultancy. Your work will directly drive new business opportunities and support the company's expansion across the Americas.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prospect new accounts via cold calls, email, and social media
• Qualify leads and set meetings for sales executives
• Collaborate with marketing on outbound warm calling
• Maintain prospect records in CRM and report weekly results

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of SDR experience with quota achievement
• Proficiency with HubSpot or other CRM software
• Strong communication skills via phone and email
• Hunter mentality with proven prospecting skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AI tools to streamline workflows
• Experience as a first responder
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
